Otium’s First Journey of 2026

Otium returns to the stage for its first performance of 2026. We invite you to join us for "Zwielicht – Light and Shadow in May," an evening dedicated to the delicate balance of life's contrasts.

The performance follows the narrative of a single day—or perhaps the trajectory of a life where paths cross and eventually diverge.

• Expansion and Convergence: A solitary melody begins the journey, growing into a rich ensemble of voices before slowly fading back into its original silence.

• Levels of Light: We trace the shifting light of May, from the cool shadows of dawn to the brilliance of noon, and finally back to the reflective quiet of the evening.

• The Narrative of Solitude: Witness how loneliness transforms into connection, and how that connection matures back into a peaceful, inner solitude.
